Business & Finance Consulting is looking for an HR Generalist / Recruiter. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the international development finance sector by leading global financial recruitment initiatives for projects funded by prestigious organisations such as ADB, EBRD, EIB, KfW, IFC/WB, while also enhancing the HR function at BFC.
As part of the Talent Management Team, you will collaborate closely with Business Development Officers, Project Managers, experienced bankers, and financial professionals to identify and engage top-tier consultants and support BFC’s mission in driving sustainable financial development worldwide.

Location: Republic of Moldova, working from home
Input: full-time or part-time (both options are possible)
What you will do:
HR:
Develop and implement BFC’s People Management Framework, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives
Oversee the development of related processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and best practices in talent acquisition, retention, and overall team management
Cultivate and maintain strong, ongoing communication and professional relationships with consultants, ensuring a continued collaboration to support BFC’s global projects and initiatives
Help manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment
Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and retention
Recruiting:
Lead the full recruitment cycle for international consulting projects in the financial/banking sector
Search social networking platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) for appropriate consultants and assess candidates’ suitability for project openings
Conduct online interviews in English with candidates and write interview feedback reports
Oversee the preparation of all relevant documents for tender applications (CVs, short descriptions of proposed experts, summary presentations, etc.)
Who we are looking for:
Education: University degree in HR, economics, finance, banking or another related field
Expertise: Familiarity with some of the following areas: HR, finance, economic development, entrepreneurship
Experience: Previous experience in recruiting for financial/banking positions; experience of working in a bank or in a finance/banking-related project is a strong advantage
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English, fluent Russian and/or French is an advantage
Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills to present ideas in a structured and clear way
