Details:
- Location: home-based
- Input: full-time or part-time (both options are possible)
What you will do:
- HR:
- Help elaborate the BFC’s People Management Framework, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Oversee the development of related processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and best practices in talent acquisition, retention, and team management
- Recruiting:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for international consulting projects in the banking sector
- Search networking platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) for appropriate consultants and assess candidates’ suitability for project openings
- Conduct online interviews in English with candidates and write interview feedback reports (in English)
- Oversee the preparation of all relevant documents for tender applications (CVs, short descriptions of proposed experts, summary presentations, etc.)
Who we are looking for:
- Education: University degree in HR, economics, finance, banking or another related field
- Expertise: Familiarity with some of the following areas: banking, finance, economic development
- Experience: Previous experience in recruiting for financial/banking positions or experience of working in a bank or in a finance/banking-related project
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English, fluent Russian and/or French is an advantage
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills to present ideas in a structured and clear way
