- Location: home-based/remote
- Input: full-time or part-time (both options are possible)
What you will do (Your Duties):
- Proposal Development: Support the preparation of proposals in the financial development sector for emerging countries in response to tenders issued by international development organizations (donors)
- Expert Analytics and Assessment: Design targeted search strategies of suitable experts based on the project requirements, conduct structured evaluations of experts’ profiles, and prepare comparative assessment matrices to support evidence-based selection decisions
- Recruitment: Lead the screening and recruitment of international consultants for for complex advisory assignments in the banking and financial sector and oversee the preparation of all relevant documents
- Stakeholder Communication: Represent BFC in direct communication with international consultants and partners
Who we are looking for (Your Profile):
- Education: Master's degree
- Expertise: Familiarity with at least one of the following areas: banking, MSME finance, economic development, green/ sustainable finance and development, agricultural finance
- Experience: Previous experience in one of the following areas: banking, development finance, finance/ banking-related project
- Languages: Fluent English and Russian is a must; Fluent French is an advantage
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and communication skills to present ideas in a structured and clear way
