What You’ll Do

Are you passionate about customer relationship management? Are you an enthusiastic person who enjoys talking to and meeting new people? Are you a self-starter who enjoys generating new business?
BFC is looking for a Global Account Manager to lead the growth of sales for our innovative solutions to banks and microfinance institutions. The main geographical focus will initially be the Eurasian region. With support from our product development and consulting teams, you will be in charge of expanding our customer base and building an effective sales function for digital trainings and consulting services. Expectations will be high, and you will have to deal with multiple priorities at the same time. To accomplish this, you will have the autonomy necessary to drive the impact of your work to its fullest potential. More specifically, you will need to:
  • Develop and execute expansion strategy for BFC solutions in new markets
  • Map market potential, competition and development trends in order to identify new clients
  • Develop a sales team, sales channels and client relationship models
  • Produce and deliver presentations to potential clients
  • Prepare commercial offers, lead negotiations and close deals
  • Keep account updates in CRM and create upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and branding with our design team
  • Communicate effectively with top management on sales strategies

Who You Are

  • Flexible, assertive and highly-motivated sales person able to close deals
  • Dynamic personality who can present BFC solutions and build outstanding customer relationships
  • Experienced at partnering with clients to develop solutions that solve business challenges
  • A graduate with business or marketing degree
  • Professional with solid experience in B2B
  • Exceptional speaker with perfect  English and Russian
